1.1 What are your working days? Do you deliver on weekends?

Responsive support: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat 9am-1pm (excluding Public Holiday). From time to time, we may extend hours for rush projects and therefore may answer your enquiries during OTs. Weekend delivery for tight timeline requests is available.

1.2 What type of Product do you Print?

We have a wide range of Product that is frequently updated on our Product page.

1.3 What are your modes of payment?

We accept Singapore’s local bank transfer and Paynow / Paylah, for Overseas orders we accept Paypal is also available.

1.4 Can I cancel my order?

You may not cancel your order after we’ve started printing.

1.5 How is the Quality of the Prints?

We print using high-end professional graphic printers and premium paper. Our best-selling finish is Matt finish as it is of excellent quality prints. Also, remember that the quality of the printed artwork will be highly dependent on the quality of the artwork you uploaded/sent to us. We want you to receive the best prints possible!
